Returns & Exchanges

Art Watch Gallery offers a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with your art watch. Returns and exchanges must be new, unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Return shipping is free for all U.S. orders. International customers are responsible for all shipping and postage costs associated with returning the product to us.

Warranty

Art Watch Gallery Inc. watches are covered by a two-year warranty. If you have any problems within two years of the date of purchase, we will repair or replace your watch for free. Damage caused by accidents, mishandling, modifications or tampering, etc., will void your warranty. The warranty does not cover damages that may occur from normal wear and tear and everyday use.
